Both Wall Street Journal and Reuters are reporting that Handspring will introduce a PHS (Personal Handyphone System) version of the VisorPhone in Japan in October.
The unit, which is referred to as "Smartcom for Visor" in the Reuters article, will likely cost less that 40,000 yen ($332.26).
