Iambic has released version 2.1 of its iambic Mail software.
The new version adds a three-line preview pane for new messages and improved MIME parsing and can remove html tags in order to display text better. Iambic Mail 2.1 also adds IMAP mail support (yeah!) and can be used with the Handspring Treo to send and receive SMS messages. Excel and Word attachment support is also available for users of iambic's TinySheet and Fastwriter.
Iambic Mail 2.1 is now available for $19.95.
I have always liked the usability and layout of iambic's software, but cannot use it until the company starts offering Mac OS X support.
Speaking of the Mac, Handspring has a very nice listing of Mac-compatible conduits for the Palm OS. There is also a listing for Windows users.
