GAINESVILLE, FL - August 03, 2000 - Peracto, Inc announces plans to immediately implement a phase-out of its handheld computer e-commerce division, store.visorcentral.com.
The store currently operates under the VisorCentral label, one of the world's leading online resource for Visor™-related information. The VisorCentral main site will not be affected.
Peracto, Inc plans to unload the current inventory by drastically reducing prices to levels at and slightly below cost. A list of items on clearance can be found here.
Store officials also announced that all current orders would be fulfilled.
This announcement comes shortly after major internal reorganization and focusing developments were completed.
