Tue Jan 23, 2001 - 11:52 AM EST - By James Hromadka

Works with the MacDDH Software announced today that they have released HanDBase Desktop for Macintosh computers.

From the press release:
The new Desktop version allows users to import HanDBase databases from
Palm computers onto their Macintosh computers and manage the data using FileMaker, Excel or AppleWorks. With the HanDBase Desktop, Palm users will simplify the process of syncing data between their handheld devices and Macintosh computers.
HanDBase Desktop was developed for the Macintosh platform in response to customer requests for a solution that would enable users to access their HanDBase databases with the most popular database applications on their Macintosh computers.
Beyond its ability to convert HanDBase databases to comma-separated files (CSV), the Desktop companion also allows users to export files and edit them in FileMaker, Excel, AppleWorks or SimpleText.
HanDBase Desktop for the Mac is free to registered HanDBase users. Click here to download the software.
