Perfect
I have used this case for three months now and it is great. The Velcro was one reason I chose this case. The other is its practicality. I carry one credit card in each slot and in the larger one I carry a medical card and driver license. The full size stylus clips nicely to the spine when the case is closed. Another plus is it fits well into a small "fanny pack".

Decent Wallet Replacement
I carry about five plastic cards my driver's liscence and some money in this with no problem. The leather loosens up fine after you have used it a while. I have never had the Visor turn itself on at all. I highly recommend it for anyone who wears a suitcoat. It is a good replacement for a wallet and sits in a jacket pocket well and easilly.

Great case, Good quality.
Since using this case I have been able to leave my wallet at home,If you want added protection for the visor just reverse it in the holding clip, simple.

Nice Case!!!!!
Considering this the bargain basement of the Handspring cases, it's pretty decent. It pretty much is a carbon copy of the Slim Leather Case for the Palm III's, & has just enough room for my business cards, stamps, & a couple of bucks. Only drawbacks are that there is no stylus holder, & doesn't provide great protection but then again only place its gonna be is in a desk drawer or a briefcase (not like I'll playing frisbe with it). All in all a pretty good case again considering that its their cheapest one. (**Got it at Amazon for 24.99+ 2.50 shipping)

Good all in one case (for a lefty, too)
The case is great. The quality of the leather makes the case look really nice even though it's a "value case". The embossed logo looks classy as well. Cover flap can fold backwards and be velcroed to the backside of the case when using the Visor, so it's not in the way of writing if you're a left hander. Fits easily into my pocket and means I only have to pick up this and my keys when I leave the house. Snap-in ability is a must have for any Visor case. And credit cards stored in the case aren't a problem for the Visor screen if you either 1)Use a WriteRight OR 2)Just push your credit cards only far enough into their slots so that when the case is closed they end up resting against the top lip of the Visor body and not the screen. This is what I do and have never had any problems with scratches, and cards stay secure. Can easily keep 10-15 bills in there once the leather has stretched. The only thing it's lacking is a holder for a full sized pen stylus. If you're looking for a quality case and a decent wallet replacement that looks nice, make sure you get this.

A decent case
Yes, it's slim. And, yes, it's leather. It's everything advertised. I wish it could carry more credit cards, more business cards, and more cash, but I also want to fit it in my suit pocket. As I've learned a long time ago, there are trade-offs. That's the negative. As for the positive, I LOVE that Handspring sews a standard plastic clip into the case. No question about losing the Visor unexpectedly. The leather is real nice, and - I know it's corny - the embossed Handspring logo looks real good. As for the velcro, I don't mind it. My only concern is about it's life expectancy. I open and close my case many times a day, and I have to guess that the velcro will wear out. The question is: how soon? Finally, here's a word from the knowledgable: If you overstuff your card pockets as I do, put a WriteRight-style screen cover on the Visor to protect it from the leather rubbing on the screen.

Good deal for what it is
I had my VDx for three days and then dropped it while taking it out of the OEM leather case and then taking off the clip on cover. The screen cracked! I now have a new Visor and also bought this case with it. Works great. Like the communicator on Star Trek - you just flip it open and get to work! I am getting the blue color case with the snap for my wife.

Functional
Everything is great about this case except the velcro. If you are carrying a lot of stuff with your visor, you may want to try one of the deluxe cases.
