Color rocks!
I had a visor deluxe and always thought color was useless. I was wrong! The Visor Prism screen is impressive and I'll never go back to monochrom.

Excellent!
I'm pleased with the overall construction and feature set. Although I wish Handspring would change their mind about not using Flash ROM, I find that I don't have much else to complain about. If third-party support follows through, I think we've got a winner.

better display then deluxe
I have some vision problems. The delue was sometimes hard to read, but he prizm is much easier. The improved speed is very noticable as I mostly use the palm for storing large amounts of data.

Thumbs Down

Not worth $450
If you're just looking for color and need it now, buy one of the many discounted Palm IIIc's (around $330) and wait until there are even enough apps to support the 16-bit color display other wise it's just an over priced IIIc, and the whole unit felt cheap in my hand incomparison to the Palm Handhelds.

Worth every penny
When you use the Eyemodule, Zap 2016!, Handspring Photo Album, and get Chrome to theme your colors around. It justifies whatever you paid for it. And those that dont agree, have not seen these apps on a Visor Prism.

Fantabulous
I'm a big guy and it has a nice weight and feel, and the screen seems to draw you in. I took it to work and showed some friends and they all were impressed by the display. Besides it's a perfect match for my G4.

It's welded to my side
I just bought it to have a toy but as soon as I turned it on, I loved it. The color screen looks great and it feels really solid to me. Got the handspring belt pack and I'll never let it go.

Fast Palm device + color = winner
It's great to see all the color applications that are available. I don't think the pixellation is big issue at all. I would like to see greater than 160 x 160 pixels but there's no way a WinCE device can compare on availability of software volume and quality.

Great value!
There's no doubt that the Prism is not the ideal PDA device. It's great value for the money and well worth the $449. It's also the best color PDA available.
