New Sensor Module

Mon Apr 30, 2001 - 12:57 PM EDT - By Marcus Adolfsson

The IQ400 from IQ Scientific Instruments is a new sensor module that can measure pH, mV, and temperature values using an asortment of probes - the meter accepts both glass and non-glass electrodes.

The software, which is installed from the module, is easy to use and features touch screens, pop-up windows and on-screen help tips and troubleshooting guides for each function.

The "eDoodle", a virtual sticky note, allows users to save handwritten notes and sketches with your pH readings.

Features include hi/low pH level alerts, recalibration alarms, automatic buffer recognition, save/recall of up to 9999 records, automatic buffer recognition, and user selectable buffer values.
The module sells for $595, and is available as a bundle with a Visor for $995.

Thanks to Hanley for the news. Discuss this module here.
