Cases for "roughing it"

Tue Aug 29, 2000 - 9:50 AM EDT - By James Hromadka

Grinder Gear makes several cases for the those who like to "rough it" with their Visor.

The Scout ($29.95) has "triple layer protection from rain, dirt and those nasty falls while free-climbing," and has a pocket for your passport, ID, etc.

The Basecamp ($39.95) and Expedition ($44.95) cases have more room, and I'm told will let one carry the Geode GPS Springboard module along with their Visor.

We hope to have reviews of these cases soon.
