This past May, Think Outside conducted a survey of its customers. Here are some of the results of the survey:- 95% User Satisfaction (Met to Far Exceeds expectations)
- 55% Exceeded or Far Exceeded expectations
- Less than 1/2% return rate
One thing that I found interesting was the handheld model percentages. Palm (48%), Handspring (30%), Compaq (12%), and HP (5%). This follows to some extent the general consensus of the handheld market, although the Stowaway isn't available for every handheld.
In other news, Think Outside has indicated that a Visor Edge version of its keyboard will be available in August.
