The information on Handspring's new Treo handheld computer has been removed from the FCC database. According to News.com, the status of the Treo application was "changed from granted to pending," as Handspring did not indicate that approval was to be delayed until the Treo was supposed to be officially announced. Although the information is now gone from the database, as we all know the cat is out of the bag.
The News.com article also indicates that the license grant has been delayed until October 15, although that date could change.
