I recently reviewed the Emergency Charger from Tech Center Labs. If you don't remember, the EC allows you to recharge your Visor Prism using either the Prism's A/C adapter or 4 AA batteries.
Tech Center Labs will be releasing a cigarette adapter within a week so you can charge your Prism in your car, making this the charger for all occasions. What's next, a solar panel? 
Update: Of course after my joke Chris F had to go and find this solar charger that can work in conjunction with the upcoming cigarette adapter. Nice find Chris!
