Conclusion

The CSM150 is a versatile device for consumer level barcode scanning. It offers the ease of true plug and play expansion, 1.7MB of on-board memory in a small lightweight package. While an on-board hardware button for triggering the scanner would have been welcomed, using the Visor’s application buttons does not take long to master.
