Padded PDA Case » Size & Conclusion
Size & Conclusion This case is significantly larger than the Visor, and although that
adds protection, you may find yourself removing the Visor from the case
during use. You can also hold the case like a book and use the Visor
that way. There are enough pockets in this case so that you could
conceivably use it as a wallet or purse replacement.
Another
nice thing about this case is there's extra room for longer modules like
the InfoMitt. I do wish, however, that there was an external pocket
as unzipping a case takes a little longer than undoing a snap, and I like
to get to small papers quickly. This is a generic PDA case designed
for all organizers, but it would have been nice if Brenthaven would have
sewn in a Visor hard cover and forgone velcro completely.
Conclusion
The Brenthaven Padded PDA case is for the practical person that wants
protection for their Visor but doesn't mind having to use velcro.
This ballistic nylon case is more expensive than some of the other canvas
cases, but the extra protection makes it worth it.
Pros
- Great protection for a canvas case
- Plenty of internal pockets
- Room for longer modules
Cons
- No external pockets
- Uses velcro
