Handspring files for IPO
Handspring announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering (IPO) of its Common Stock.
Credit Suisse First Boston will lead manage the underwriting group, with Merrill Lynch & Co., Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray serving as the co-managers. Preliminary prospectuses are not currently available.
We will examine Handspring's prospectus when it is available - finally we may be able to find out how many Visor owners there are out there
