Palm+Symbian vs. the world?

Palm and Symbian may work together beyond the agreement to jointly develop a pen-based system for Nokia, according to this C|Net article. Symbian has indicated that they want to discuss this with Palm, and Palm seems open to making new alliances.

However, for the time being nothing has been discussed between the two, so file this under "Rumors" for now.
