Palm has announced that it is buying the online info-sharing website for $40-$45M in stock. The deal still has to be approved by WeSync shareholders, but to me this is a Good Thing™ in the wake of the MyPalm service starting.

I just hope Palm uses WeSync's handheld software and better (IMHO) calendar-sharing services. Click here for the press release.
