a must for mass data entry |
it's great, i use it to take notes from class. it's a little funny at first because it feels like your typing on the desk but the fullsize keys are all in the right place and all the function keys allow you to do many functions right from the keyboard instead of having to grab the stilius.
a must get. and cant beat the size!

I think everyone else has pretty much covered why it's good. I just wanted to say it was too.

Must have! |
They're very difficult to find, but, well worth it. I got mine from calling Insight (Targus' phone order system) 1-800-998-8020. They had a few in stock when I ordered mine Monday, and I got it today!

GoType Killer |
Beats the snot out of the GoType! Full sized keys, increased key travel, great feel, very compact size. bought mine a couple months ago, and have been very happy with it. 10/10 ! :)

Great Gift |
I got my Stoaway as a Christmas gift ("Here's $100 to buy the Stoaway when it comes out...") I would have never bought one for myself but now that I have one I use it all the time. Also, the aluminum sides make it sturdy enough to keep in my back pocket and even sit on in a pinch.

Stowaway - Get it but be aware |
Great product as others have said. Could use (1) document software (e.g. smartdoc, pedit, takenote) to allow entry of 4k size memos and (2) a small bar to stabilize it when typing on ones lap.

brilliant product but the 'kickstand' could be more stable |
I FINALLY received my Stowaway from Outpost.com this week. It is an amazing product. I love being able to input large amounts of text into my Visor when I am away from a computer. The one problem I have had - which I noticed after the first use - is that it seems a little too easy for the kickstand support thing to slide down and let the Visor fall back a few degrees. It would have been far better if they had made this part out of some rubberized, high-friction plastic instead of the smooth, hard stuff they used. Sometimes when I go to turn the Visor orr, or 'click' on some button on screen with the stylus it is just enough to make that support slide down. It makes me worry about the longevity of this otherwise remarkable product.
