One great case! |
I’ve had the Slipper for 7 months and think it is great. After a short break-in period, the leather becomes flexible and the Velcro works fine. My Slipper-cased Visor has always synchronized without a problem. I love the swivel and the fact that the belt clip allows horizontal movement too. The Visor slides out of the way when I’m or sitting down or buckling-up. What good is a PDA if it’s not always with you? The Slipper makes it easy to carry your Visor at all times. Highly recommended!!

E&B seems to be listening... |
Three of the complaints I've seen here have been addressed by E&B with new products.
1) "Velcro won't hold" - The Slipper VSR ZipIt has a larger velcro closure at the bottom of the flap instead of along the side.
2) "Can't HotSync" - The lower rear portion of The Slipper VSR ZipIt can be unzipped to allow full engagement with the cradle.
3) "Needs money pocket so it can be used as a wallet" - The Slipper VSR Convertible has a detachable wallet. It also has the zippered rear flap for HotSyncing, but I can't tell what kind of closure it has.

THE BEST CASE EVER |
i bought a visor deluxe on dec 2 2000. then i bought a slipper case with belt clip. the items above was my best buy ever. you need this case if you are mobil. i am in the parts business at a dodge dealership and this case is perfect for my use. i like my hands to be free, so the strong snap on the belt clip frees me of any worries about coming alose. best case ever!

Worth buying. |
Read the reviews. Bought one on eBay and love it. Zero synch problems. Easy to wear, slim and very functional.

GREAT BUY FOR ME |
i bought my slipper case from palmgear and it is perfect except for hot syncing... i love the way it fits on the belt and i don't have problems with the velco.....i can always add more or remove it. everyone should try this case once! i will try the penny trick later, but i am thinking of buying the travel hot sync adaptor and sell this cradle on ebay...lol. buy from palmgear and save 5 dollars.

Excellent belt case |
I used the Slipper with clip for my Palm for over two years and loved it. When I bought my Visor Platinum, it was the first accessory I bought. I agree with the other reviews about occasionaly sync problems, but I have found the Visor to be tougher to settle in the cradle than a Palm both in and out of a case.

Not too bad |
It's a good case that is compact and protective, but I have not been able to consistently hot-synch my Visor without removing it from the case. I would rather have the same case without the extra holes in it and have to remove my Visor to synch.
I would also prefer no extra pockets in the case to increase its slimness and I would improve the Velcro closure.

Excellent Case |
I think the case design is excellent. Well thought out. You
have the ability to beam with it
in addition to sync. Belt clip feels safe and comfortable. Overall a much better buy them the slim case they sell in the store. It's ashame there isn't a point of purchase display. I think most people would by the case if it were available at retail stores. Great case !!!

I think the slipper case provides "just enough" velcro
The case fits good, and it seems they have made
improvements to the stylus opening; you can
insert it all the way and retrieve it easily.
So far, so good.

Clip works well |
I have had problems hotsynching in the case, sometimes I don't get a good connection. Velcro does not close well if you have more than one or two items in the card holder. Good looking case that fits the visor very well.
