Overall a pretty good case. |
It's a pretty good case that I would recommend, probably in spite if the fact that it's kind of expensive (especially if you're not paying in US dollars.)
Initial impressions: Very snug fit, made out of material that I can only describe as "backpack like" ie fairly tough, reinforced nylon.
You can't hotsync while the Visor is in the case, but that should be obvious and a factor that may/may not be important to you.
Belt clip looks pretty good. The clip itself is plastic and feels pretty secure on the belt itself. When clipped on the Visor is in fact upside down, but not a big deal.
The plastic tab on the case is secured by a metal punch right through the case so it feels pretty secure.
I guess the Lexan stiffener is worth it. Although, if you're poor you could probably cut something to fit the dimensions of the cover flap.
Only problem I have with it is I wish the clasp to open the case was as big as possible as in thumb and forefinger size. The clasp is good and secure but a little too petite for adult sized fingers.

it does what it is supposed to-- |
which is, to protect the visor when I'm not using it, and to be out of the way when I am using it.

Quality in every respect |
I think I read every case review
and user opinion on the web before
I finally ordered this case. After
receiving the case there is no doubt
in my mind that I made the right
choice. The design is well thought out,
the production quality is excellent,
protection is good, and usability
is awesome! A cutout for a hotsync
cable would be a nice addition, but
that's a very small gripe :-) You
really can't go wrong buying this
case!

Hip case for your hip |
I just got my rhodiana case today, and all the thumbs up reviews are right! There's no need to unsnap the case, the visor goes in and comes out easily. (Put the top end in first and swing the bottom half down - similar to putting on a penny loafer without a shoe horn!) Amazingly, once it's in the case, the snug fit makes it stay in.
The belt clip is terrific - all around this case is a winner.

Great Case |
I read everything possible before i decided on this case and the reviews were spot on. This is a well made case and functionally well thought out. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a clip on case that does its job.

Very Pleased.... |
Thanks to all the folks who review all the cases, because of the great reviews I chose the Rhodiana Visor case w/beltclip.
What a well designed case. The only improvement I can think of is an exterior pocket for my Cross stylus.
This case offers much more protection than the leather case I bought through Handspring.
Thanks all.

Functional, Attractive, and Protective |
I received my Rhodana case with a belt clip a little while ago, and I must say that it's fabulous. The case feels very sturdy and snug around the visor, and when it hangs on the belt clip, it never gets in the way.
My only concern is the one exposed area where the IR port is, since it's very rainy in my area, I'm hoping that no water gets in there. :)

I Love This Case |
I love the durability and fuctionality
of this case. I have been using it
for a couple of weeks and it provides
excellent protection, its easy to get to,
and it looks great. I can use this
case anywhere. I do wish it had a
pocket sewn onto the outside of the
cover. Also I recommend attaching the
clip to your belt, and then attaching
the visor to the clip. It is easy to
drop the clip when attching it to a
belt early in the morning.
