Quit complaining... |
Sure, the customer service sucks, but if you don't like it, don't buy one. It's very simple. After arriving five weeks after ordering, the Visor has proved well worth my "struggles." You simply can't beat the price, function and quality.

Anything but a toy... |
I now own two Visors, one Blue and one Orange. I believe both look very professional and have personally heard comments saying such.
The construction is solid and the functionality superb. The USB synchronization simply can't be beat and gives it a leg up on the Palm's without or without the springboard slot.

Thumbs up all the way! |
I've had my Blue VD for just over a month and am still astounded at the robustness of the unit. I haven't had to hard-reset yet. Two soft-resets due to an incompatible version of IRSync+ (new beta works great though) but other than that no problems with tons of apps, hacks, and games. My only problem is the stylus. I've picked up a new multiuse stylus/pen combo from StylusPlus.com. Heads and shoulders above the stock stylus. I had no problems with ordering or shipping. They got it to me well within the 6 week timeframe.

Best machine out there! |
My BVD is awesome. Shipping problems aside, the Visor blows away the old-fashioned looking Palms. One day they will figure out that grey is unattractive.

Looks like a toy. |
I think it looks like a toy compared to my old Palm III - I think I'll sell it and get a IIIx or maybe a Vx.

Don't leave home without it |
Love it. I've had my IVDx for 4 days, and find it far superior to all palm devices I've used in the past. I can't wait for the 6-Pack!

You can't have your cake and eat it too. |
1) The Visor Deluxe is great.
2) The price is great.
3) Springboards will be great.
4) The stylus sucks.
5) The customer service sucks.
6) The delivery times suck.
I believe that sums it up for everybody.

A must have |
If you can survive the horrid Customer Services issues, you'll be rewarded with a phenomenal product. It's fast, light, and very affordable. And if you get a colored one, you'll be the envy of every palm user in the office.
