Use the Hagiwara Sys-Com Step Keeper Springboard module to record your steps and stay fit. Step Keeper is a pedometer, which counts the steps that you walk. Additionally, it is a personal training assistant that helps you keep in shape.
The Step Keeper comes with a soft carrying case. Simply put the Step Keeper in the pouch and clip it to your waistband. The Step Keeper records your steps as you walk.
After you plug the Step Keeper into your Visor, the data is transferred to the handheld. The Step Keeper reports to you about calories burned and distance walked. You can maintain the records of up to 30 days with the handheld as well as graph, chart, and compare your activity records.
The Step Keeper module is operated by an internal rechargeable battery, which is charged by the Visor's battery power when it is inserted. All you need to do is to insert the Step Keeper into your Visor once every other day for just a few minutes.

Just got mine... |
...and I'm very satisfied. I got a desk job last year and I gained more than I'd care to admit. This is the perfect little tech toy to get me in shape. The graphs are great and make the expense over conventional pedometers more than justified. I don't think I would have bought a pedometer otherwise.

Great product |
I've been wanting to get into shape (not there yet). So, I purchased the Step Keeper Pedometer and the SoundsGood MP3 module & Energy Clip (To keep things interesting while jogging). The two are the perfect match and has actually inspired me to keep going. In the past, I would stopping jogging after only about a week. I've been going pretty strong now for about three months. A new personal record for me :) Could it be the modules? I'd say so, it makes it more enjoyable and I never leave home without my Prism.

Seems like a nice pedometer |
The review pretty much covered the functions of this pedometer, and I agree with the reviewer's assessment of this module. I don't find the moving icon the least bit annoying, in fact it's probably a lot cuter than the Microsoft Paperclip (don't know personally, never actually seen that paperclip guy). You can choose from a small collection of moving icons, and it even offers little words of encouragement. The data display is clear and simple. As far as accuracy is concerned, it seems accurate enough but not being a pedometer expert I leave that judgement to somebody better qualified. Overall, I give it a thumbs up!
